Drive up to the 3rd floor - walk just 10 steps to your door - enjoy the views from above, without the climb.

Good to know

This is one of the older buildings in downtown Racine, which has been completely renovated from top to bottom. So, you get the character and feel of an antique building, with exposed brick and wood finishes - but you also enjoy a brand new updates including the kitchen and custom bathroom. This apartment (Apartment 2) is located above a new upscale Mexican restaurant. A LOT of work went into soundproofing the space, but you might hear the "murmur" of a busy restaurant below. The restaurant closes by 9PM most nights, and occasionally at 11PM on weekends in the summer.

Neighborhood

Main Street Racine has a collection local shops, restaurants and bars. Most everything you need is within walking distance of the apartment, including the harbor. You can even walk to Racine's famous "North Beach" on Lake Michigan (although we'd recommend driving if you're bringing anything with you). We have a small beach kit in the apartment that includes a couple of beach towels, should you want to visit the beach.

Amazing stay as usual! I’ve stayed with David & Amy 4 times and it’s always a pleasure. Amy is so so nice and super responsive! Can’t wait for my next stay with them!

This was my 3rd time staying here. Such a great location, very comfortable, super clean, everything you need, and right downtown. You can see the lake from the windows. I love that you can park right outside the door in a well-lit parking ramp. Amy & David are great. Super responsive and friendly.

If your looking for a great place with amazing hosts you can stop here. You have found it. The unit was better than expected. It was very clear to me that the hosts cared for their unit. It was very clear to me that the hosts cared for their guests as well. All the touches you would want in 5 Star / 5 Diamond unit was done. Location was great. Parking was breeze. For some wanting security, this unit was behind gated parking and 1 security door then unit front door. I would also think this was great place if needed for long term. I am from Arizona, so that long term is not for me!, but I would recommend for any long term or corporate, relocation type guest.

Outstanding property! Highly recommend! Immaculately clean, spacious, and thought out. Private, safe, and CLOSE parking. Racine is our New favorite Wisconsin city. So much to see and do. The food scene in this city is unparalleled!!! EVERY restaurant we tried was Fantastic. Olde Madrid, The Maple Table, Joey's Yardarm, Josephine's, Big Gino's BBQ, and Well's Brothers pizza.....10 out 10! (We got the Bbq and pizza to take home)

We absolutely loved this condo! My husband and I stayed for 9 days and literally wanted to move in lol! We loved the open floor plan, the big multipurpose bar/kitchen table, and there were lots of little helpful touches such as the labels for all the lights and dimmer switches. There is a convenient laundry room right outside the front door to the condo with an extra large washer and dryer. Amy and David were excellent hosts and were available for any and all questions. The secure parking garage made us feel comfortable with our vehicle being right outside the door to the condo. If we’re able to come back to Racine we will definitely want to stay here again.

We stayed for a week. The accommodations, parking lot, security system, location, etc. were all TOP NOTCH. As important as all of that is, what is of utmost importance to me is communication, and Amy delivered. Thank-you so much. Our vacation was fabulous 👍!!!
